Details: Part of a large team, working in all aspects of the cinema. Primarily on the “screen snacks” concessions department, cash handling and cashing up. Stock control, promotions, food handling and preparation, and general cleaning of the kitchen areas. I have been trained in all areas of the cinema as follows Café Bar: General bar work, draught beers, wines and spirit mixers, glass collecting and taking money. Floor: Taking Tickets and guiding customers to allocated seats, cleaning between performances, disposal of waste, providing information to customers, working with the team. Queuing and large crowd control, age verification and removal of disruptive customers from film performances. Box Office: Selling/allocating seats for performances.
