The bar is then lowered to the breast and pushed back up. Inhale on the lowering phase and exhale as you push the bar up. Make sure your speedo is a good fit because dills have known to pop out accidentally during this excercise. Homosexuals should not do this excercise. The negative phase should be just as emphasized as the postive phase of the lift. Keep your body flat on the bench.
