aware of who I am since I was 4-5 yeas old, I managed to keep myself as society
wanted (on the outside at least) for nearly 50 years. I began transitioning a
year after retirement from the Navy. Today I am post-op and living and working
as I always was meant to. I transitioned on the job with the full support of my
employer, family and friends.
