~Lingery~

This can be a very embarrassing situation for novices and yet again I will advise the use of mail order catalogues but if you are a bit more brazen than most a very good high street store is Marks and Spencer who are training their staff for this type of situation and I must admit they do stock a lovely range of lingery. Plus the fact if it is the wrong size when you get it home they will change or refund you without any question.

Bras

It is advisable to measure yourself before you shop to do this is simple. For the size of your bra measure around the lower part of your chest what us real girls call the under the cup area. For the size of your cup measure across the nipple part of your chest. Now you have two measurements hopefully you are good at mathematics because no you have to take away the Chest measurement including an extra 5 inches from the nipples measurement. You should then be left with 0 to inches and this will determine your cup size e.g: 0 inches = AA cup, 1 inch = A cup, 2 inches = B cup, 3 inches = C cup etc.,. Normally you will only be an A or AA cup so you will probably want something to enhance you, see "Breast Forms". For those of you who have a little more try a enhancer bra like the "Wonderbra" or "Ultrabra".
If you see a bra that you fall in love with but they do not appear to do it in your size you may possibly get in to one a size or two small .

Knickers

Or whatever you call them. When it comes to this area, the first question normally asked is "What can I do with it!!" To keep it in place push testis back towards the general direction from where they came and then push the penis between the legs. To keep it in place, a slightly tighter pair of knickers can be worn for those figure hugging outfits.

While girdles are not necessary for most they can be extremely effective in giving the feminine lines and flat tummies required. Again major high street stores carry a good selection.

Now to the more feminine ones. Whichever your preference silk, satin, nylon, lace or cotton there is a whole variety of shapes and sizes out there for you to choose from. Remember you can get away with a slightly smaller size to keep your bits and bobs in order.

Tights and Stockings

There are a number of choices, sizes and styles in both. It really is a matter of personal preference and a case of trial and error; but I will give you some ideas to think about. Opaque tights are the fashion at the moment ideal for hiding blemishes and unshaved legs. Sheer tights can come in a variety of denier, the lower the number the more sheer the nylon. They are also available in run resist although the feel is not normally as sheer. Always carry a clear nail varnish so that if you do snag or ladder your tights/stockings you can apply a small amount to stop it from spreading. Another way to hide unshaved legs is to wear a flesh coloured (American tan) beneath your normal tights. As for size look for ones that cover height measurements as these are more likely to fit than ones that just say (one size) tights. If you prefer stockings there are hold up types on the market that do not need a suspender belt, but if you prefer the ordinary type do not forget to buy a suspender belt!
