When it comes to wigs personal choice is the best option. There are hundreds available which vary in price from a few pounds upwards. It is always best to visit reputable outlets and have one fitted professionally. A lot of outlets are used to the transgender community, but if you are unsure you can always telephone first, it is easier to just put the telephone down than to walk out of a shop full of people.
Although buying from mail order is an option, remember you are buying blind and may not be able to return them! The difference between synthetic wigs and real hair wigs can vary enormously but then again so does the price. Although Michelle has synthetic wigs she very often gets complimented on how real they appear. I have been browsing the net and pinched a few highly recommended outlets as listed below. Above all, you can always rely on the good old "Tranny Guide".

What can I say about breast forms ? Personally, Michelle prefers mine - but seriously, you do not have to spend a fortune on breasts. I will mention a few short cuts for you. Firstly; using socks or a pair of tights fill them with bird seed, short grain rice, lentils or polystyrene beads (the sort used for filling cushions) to the required size. Secondly; two pairs of socks or tights one inside the other - joking aside these are ideal ways to begin. The more advanced you are the more the desire for realistic breast forms will increase. For the TS's, hormones will aid this. For the regular TV's, you can obtain a paste filled option from £7 or silicon forms ranging upto £200. If you would like more information please E-mail ME. I will gladly supply a list of outlets. From browsing the net it appears that Way Out who publish the Tranny Guide have their own range of breast forms. I would always advise a good bra and not to go for something too large. Go for something that is believable (you can look like Sam Fox, but ask yourself does it suit you).
Although I am not experienced in this area I would just like to say that retailers catering for the Transgender Community tend to be very expensive, so try everyday retail outlets before hand, as they say "let you fingers do the walking" the telephone is a very valuable asset, like I have already said it is easier to just put the telephone down than to walk out of a shop full of people. If, however you want some good retail outlets I have found two listed below:-
