Slice the summer sausage and fry until crisp in a heavy frying pan. These things are quite fatty, so let them fry in their own juice.
While frying, toast the buns. You can use a toaster, your oven, or just another frying pan.
Spread the sausage on the buns, and cover with hot spicy mustard. Enjoy!
