Attila the Hun cordially invites you to his classic event at Hot Springs National Park.
NORBA-sanctioned racing starts at 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, 2000 at the Hot Springs Waterworks Park. Catagories include expert, sport and beginner, with age groups and men's and women's divisions. There is also an open Clydesdale division for racers 200 pounds or heavier.
All racers must have a NORBA license (the beginner's entry fee includes a one-day license.) A one-year NORBA license will be available for sale.
Beginners and Clydesdales ride one 7.5-mile lap; Expert men from age 19-44 ride 3 laps; all others ride 2 laps. Prizes will be awarded 5-deep in all catagories.
Course information is available by calling Gary Strakshus at 501-525-1977. The waterworks park is on Pineland Drive, off of Cedar Glades Road. Hosts are OMBA and AMBA (Ouachita Mountain Bike Association and Arkansas MBA).
