Introduction
This site guide describes places around Southeastern Michigan that I or others have found for inline skating. If you have a favorite place that's not reviewed, please send the information to me for inclusion in the Guide and you will be credited with the review.
Most of the places suitable for skating are either state parks, city/municipal parks, or part of the Huron-Clinton Metropark system. Roadside bike paths will be left out of this Site Guide since they frequently have inferior surfaces, access, water availability, views, and high vehicular traffic exposure.
