In September 2008 Joan, Bernard and Terry toured Alaska by rail and cruise ship.... We flew into Anchorage and took the train to Fairbanks with an overnight in Denali National Park.... From Fairbanks we flew to Seward where we boarded the Holland American Lines "Volendam" and cruised to Vancouver, BC with stops in Juneau, Sitka and Ketchican....

Hello.... My family and I are pleased that you have taken a moment and stopped by our home page.... As the name implies, it is a Family Home Page, and as such, is full of information on our family members and their activities....
This Williamson family consists of my wife of 50 years Joan, and in order of their birth, sons Glenn, Terry and Lee.... The family home is in Derby, Connecticut.... A small town in the Naugatuck Valley of the Constitution State....
Terry lives with Joan and I and Lee also lives in Derby with his wife Betsy....Glenn lives in Columbus, Nebraska with his wife Julie.... Glenn has three children Glenn, Garrick and Trista.... Lee has two daughters, Chelsea and Kaleigh which brings our grandchild total to five.... All of our sons have a homepage which will tell you more about them and their activities....
One of the many activities that we all participate in is walking/hiking. This all got started in earnest after I started having heart problems and the Rx was walking.... We were fortunate to find a club that avocated walking as one of four exercise venues as a way towards better physical health....
We joined the American Volkspost Association back in 1988 and have been on the trails ever since.... Our local affiliation with the AVA is with the Connecticut Valley Volksport Club in Wethersfield.... To learn more about the AVA, the CVVC and Volkswalking, click on the logos below....
