Brothers, Sisters, Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen:

Good Evening. It is with great pleasure to welcome you to our installation ceremony tonight. Every year, a new set of officers have been elected to hold the helm and steer our lodge through the passage of time. Tonight, we will be making the same commitment. To guide our Lodge safely across the sudden changes of time. Through an era that have spawned a plethora of charlatans and demagogues. Together, we must haul and trim our sail to catch the wind of wisdom. And when becalm by adversity, rush to take turn with oars of charity and encouragement, to speed us on our perilous journey. With divine providence, we shall endeavor to accomplish our duties and responsibilities, to God, country and fellowmen.

To my Brethren, we must take that extra step by being concern about our Lodge affairs. The success of our journey will depend entirely on your wholehearted support and enthusiastic participation in all our activities.

Remember that this is just a beginning, the start of our journey together. Thank you and good evening.
