    1. Completion of Probation: Blue (w/ E) / Certificate
    2. Medical and Fire Training: Badge
    3. 150 Hour Volunteer Academy: Red and White / Certificate
    4. State Fire Cert.: Red Shoulder Epaulets / Certificate
    5. 200 Hour Comm. Service*: Blue and Yellow / Certificate
    6. Perfect 1 year Attendance: Yellow and White / Certificate
    7. Obtaining a Position of Rank: Green
