Steve Truscott... and Stirling engines

The air engine was in a museum attached to the Technical College in Delft, Holland. The photo of Steve standing next to it gives an idea of its size.
Here is the gland part that maintains a seal while allowing the cylinder to pivot. A view of the crankshaft.
This is the name plate of this oscillating cylinder hot air engine. Some of Steve's castings fresh out of the sand. These are for Steve's next Stirling engine.
