Comments: Great Page! I'm a light tackle angler in the military. I enjoy catching all types of fish. Some of the most fun I have is fishing for carp. My biggest to date is a 13 lbs common from the Akansas river near Pine Bluff, AR. on one of my ultra light rods wit 3.3 lb line.

Comments: Had a great time, could not believe how the carp were being caught to left, to the right and straight out of where I was and I didn't land a one. Thank goodness for the consolation bass I got just as I was reeling in to leave. I plan on attending the 2000 event too. With better luck!
