Though I'm in CT, Vermont is always home of my heart. We stay at camp when we go there, up on he mountain. Fall and Spring are when I get so homesick to be there. The air, the smells, the peace, the wide open sky. I know what you mean about hunters. I don't do it but was raised around outdoorsmen. Sometimes I wish my parents had never moved t CT. But there is a reason for everything. I've alway wanted to see Alaska and the other mountains in the world. I love mountains and lakes much more so than oceans, though the Maine Coast is wonderful!
