Welcome to my Java section! I'm taking a class on Java at school right now so I just started programming in this language about four months ago. Before that, my programming experience was in Hypercard on the Mac, and Turing (which most people have never heard of.) Java is easy to learn (although when I started it seemed impossible,) and the results are awesome. That applets below are my first experiences prgramming anything major in Java - I hope that you enjoy them!

• The excitement applet is my first major applet and my first Java game ever. It's inspired by the classic (1983 or so) board game "Trouble", by Milton Bradley. It's for two to four players and isn't a network game, so you'll need to have someone else at your computer with you to play. Oh, and don't forget to turn on your sound to hear the cool sound effects! Please feel free to write me with any suggestions on what I can do to improve this applet.
