This is actually our neighbor's orange tree. We have a dwarf orange tree that produces few oranges. Our neighbor has another orange tree in his yard with better tasting oranges that he frequently gives us. The stick-like tree in this photo is our pear tree that we planted last year. We also have lemon, plum and cherry trees. |

The backyard is pretty small. The green plastic cover over the porch (appears sort of blue in the picture) is on our hit list for a weekend project. We want to replace it with lattice and try to train some climbing roses or Bougenvillia over it. We also want to remove the concrete and replace some of it with pavers instead.
More of the backyard. Aaron
has removed the stump that you see in the center of the grass. The vegetables
in the gardens have grown considerably since this picture. You can barely
make out the larger garden on the left. The smaller garden is on the right.
