During holidays, I use to fish at night with my brother in law, nephew and a few friends. We were fishing at sea shore and if on the right season, we will catch a salt water catfish (sembilang). This is a recipe for our catch, Catfish Paste. My other personal recipe is a Fried bean curd with garlic sauce.
