This is a picture of most of the campers who were there on Saturday. Missing are the group that made a pilgrimage back to Fleischmanns. They didn't get back in time for the pictures. This is not the best photo. I took some photos with a wide angle camera, but they are not yet developed or scanned.

Program for the Weekend

Friday August 19, 2005
1 pm until DINNER Use the facilities, check into your rooms, stop by the hospitality table to register and pick up your TARIGO T-shirt, Program, Name tags, etc. Drop off artifacts and pictures for the display table and visit the exhibit from the Fleischmanns Museum on TARIGO Today. Use this space as a meeting place for friends.
7-9 pm DINNER Say the HaMotzi and a few dedications and eat together. Open seating. Please do not stack the plates. Jackets are optional. They have busboys!
After DINNER First Night Program and Mixer - An informal unstructured get together. View the exhibits and artifacts from old TARIGO for the Fleischmanns Museum to archive (or just for viewing and you can take them back). Coffee and Cake will be served. There will be a short TARIGO program to explain the weekend.

SPORTS TIME & CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS
There will be two group games. A softball game at 3 pm and a volleyball game at 10:30 am.
GROUP GAMES (Actually we took walks or naps. Some drove over to Fleishmanns to see the camp.)

5:00-5:30 pm GROUP PHOTO We will all meet with our TARIGO T-Shirts on to have our GROUP PHOTO taken. Then a quick shower and get ready for dinner.
6-6:45 pmGo to the Nevele Cocktail Party for free drinks and noshes. We will have a separate "drinks party" after dinner in our space.
7-9 DINNERAnother HaMotzi. Jackets are optional.
9 pm- 11 pm MAIN PROGRAM: Cocktail hour (Drnks only) will be after dinner, before the program in our space. It may help to be a little tipsy. The Pinsky's are organizing some games and songs. There will also be the Exhibits, Awards, and some testimonies from Campers. The Fleischmann's Museum will have an exhibit on what Fleischmanns and the campsite look like now. -

8-10 BREAKFAST Final HaMotzi
After BREAKFAST You can use the facilities, make a side trip to Fleischmanns to see the site of Camp Tarigo, or pack up and leave. The Museum staff will be there to pick up and take any photos or artifacts that you want to leave with them.

FALLSVIEW (NEVELE) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT:
AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in the Nevele Grande Resort and for choosing our facility for your SUMMER 2005 EVENT. With that in mind, please find below the various terms and conditions for your review. If the following meets with your approval, kindly so indicate your acceptance and acknowledgment of this Agreement in the space so provided below and return it to us together with your Deposit on or before February 15th, 2004. >

DATES & ACCOMMODATIONS:

RATES: Double Occupancy Per Person Per Night -- Superior: $150.00 ­ Executive: $129.00 ­ Standard: $116.00

Single Rate: 1.5 Times the Double Occupancy Rate.

CHIILDREN RATES
13-17 ..... $65.00 per night
5-12 ..... $35.00 per night
Under 5 ..... NO CHARGE

The above rates are for a Full American Plan, serving Non-Kosher Cuisine, beginning with DINNER on the day of arrival and ending with LUNCH on the day of departure.

Please Note: That the Golfer’s Breakfast is from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and is buffet style. If your group requires breakfast earlier, then a continental breakfast can be provided at 6 a.m. or our Starbucks Coffee Bar can be made available to your group at their own cost.

All rates and charges are subject to the prevailing New York State and Local taxes.

ALL TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS MUST PROVIDE A VALID NYS TAX EXEMPT CERTIFICATE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. ALL TAX EXEMPT ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID WITH AN ORGANIZATION CHECK OR CREDIT CARD.

GRATUITIES: Cash Gratuities.

COMPLIMENTARY STAYS: We will be pleased to compliment 1 person for each 50 persons paid for. We will be crediting the per person rate in cash at $129.00 per person rate.

LIQUOR POLICY: Liquor for a hospitality room can be provided through the hotel. We are unable to allow hospitality rooms to be privately stocked. For pricing and details, please contact Tracey Terwilliger at extension #197.

DINING ROOM REQUIREMENTS: Casual dress for meals.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES: A full program of sports and activities will be provided for all guests of the Nevele Grande: indoor swimming pool, spectacular outdoor pool complex, new Health and Fitness Center and nightly entertainment. Our 27 hole Championship Golf course, indoor tennis and racquetball center, indoor miniature golf, platform tennis, horseback riding, etc. are all available on premises (Please refer to facilities recreational sheet for items with nominal fees). Organized softball game.

BILLING:

INDIVIDUAL BILLING: Upon check out, all group members will be responsible for payment of their individual bills.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL ROOM BLOCK GUARANTEE:

You shall have the right to provide to the Nevele, on or not less than 75 days prior to your arrival date, notice of the guaranteed number of rooms and the number of individuals occupying said rooms. Thereafter, you shall be fully responsible for the total amounts as they relate to the rooms and individuals as set forth ins the section “ Dates & Accommodations/Rates” as set forth above.

DEPOSITS: In order to confirm the terms and conditions contained herein, we will require a $500.00 Deposit to be included, together with this fully executed Agreement on or before February 15th, 2004. If it is not received by this date, then this Agreement shall be null and void and of no further force and effect.

ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURE: Please call our reservation department to make your reservation. A $100.00 room deposit will be requested at this time.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS: Four weeks prior to your arrival, please send us three final lists:

1. Dining Room Seating Arrangements. Open Seating. Please note anyone on a special diet, etc.

2. A Registration Table will be provided outside the Night Club @ No Charge.

3. A Registration Table will be provided outside the Conference Room @ No Charge.

4. Conference Room #8 will be provided for the weekend @ No Cost.

5. Complimentary Coffee & Cake on Friday night after Dinner.

6. A Cocktail Party to be held after Dinner on Saturday.

COTS, CRIBS & REFRIGERATORS: Cots and cribs are available at $10.00 per cot or crib per Day. Refrigerators are available at $10.00 per refrigerator per Day.

FORCE MAJEURE: The performance of this Agreement is subject to acts of God, government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies any of which make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for your intended stay. It is provided that this Agreement may be terminated by the Nevele for any one or more of such reasons.

ARBITRATION / DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall, at the option of the Nevele be settled through non-binding mediation or binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or through an action brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in New York, located in the county closest to Ulster County, for trial and determination by such court sitting without a jury, under the laws of New York in either case. In addition, you shall be responsible for payment of all attorney’s fees and interest associated with the Nevele’s efforts to collect monies owed under the terms of this Agreement and, in no event and under no circumstances shall the Nevele be responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages. THE PARTIES EACH EXPRESSLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and all prior negotiations, agreements and oral discussions are merged into this Agreement. This Agreement may not be changed, modified, terminated or discharged, in whole or in part, except by a writing, signed by all of the parties below.

Again, we genuinely look forward to the pleasure of welcoming you and your members to The Nevele Grande and you may be assured of our utmost cooperation for a successful and enjoyable event.
