Twenty six scouts and their parents spent an interesting and informative 2 hours on Sunday November 1, 1998, learning about the internet and the World Wide Web. Many of these scouts actually created their own personal home pages that day. Thanks to the McNeils for preparing this event and to the Applied Research Laboratory, Howard County Public Schools, for hosting it. All 26 scouts completed the requirements to earn the U. S. Scouting Service Project's Internet Scout Patch shown above.
