The aim of the paper is to declare the company policy on the matter of the improvement of Cost / Efficiency ratio, as well as to give details about the activities carried-out and the obtained results.
After a brief introduction about the company Quality Policy and its evolution troughout the years, the paper will highlight the plan established in 1987, aimed to put the policy into practice.
The plan foresees a list of actions, divided into "22 Steps", to be carried-out in a three years period, under a continuous monitoring of the Quality and Poor Quality costs, in order to identify the reached improvements.
Four of the most important steps will be described in detail.
All the company management levels need to get efficiency data and an established confidence that everything planned is adequate, observed and performed in compliance with the contract requirements, in time and at the minimum cost.
Several actions can be implemented in order to reach the above objectives. Since 1987, the company put into action a plan for Quality Improvement in order to increase the efficiency.
