Porterville's AllNet Program has been developed to improve the skills of players who decide to devote an extraordinary amount of time and effort in participating in a year-round basketball program.

The AllNet Program for the 2000/2001 season has been suspended, however, due to a lack of interest in AllNet by other city NJB chapers in the Central Valley section. Porterville was willing to participate in the AllNet program this year, but without the support of that program from other cities such as Visalia, Tulare, Lemoore, Hanford, Fresno, Bakersfield, and Yosemite, there were insufficient teams to form a league.
