He is only a namesake of Lord Robert Baden-Powell Balhaman, a KID Scout from Maguindanao-Cotabato City Council.  Another amazing fact about him is that he is the youngest and the smallest registered participant of the Jamboree.

    Baden Powell is three years old and is 2 feet and 8 inches in height.  Scouter Rudy Balhaman, father of Baden-Powell and Scout Executive of the Council is very proud about his son's enthusiasm and said he is willing to allow him to participate in Scouting activities in the future.

    If B.-P. is the youngest, there is also the oldest camper and he can also be found in Sub-Camp Mabini.

    He is Scouter R. Seril, contingent head of Misamis Occidental Council.

    He is 83 years old and has been in Scouting for almost seven decades.  Sir Seril achieved and received various various Scout recognitions..

    Aside from Scouting, he is also active in other civic activities.

    He is at present the national president of Federation of Senior Citizens.

    He said that he will always be a Scout and will continuously participate Scouting activities as long as he lives.
