        You,the BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES,and all the scouters from abroad who have joined us here at this historic Clark area,will play a part in shaping the destiny of our Asia-Pacific Region as we begin a new century.With the idealism and  enthusiasm and sense of honor that inspire our movemen,I have no doubt that will guide our people in the next millenim will come from your ranks.
