Marks Famous Salmon By Mark 4 Servings 5 LB fish split in half --skin on
Melt one sick of margarine in sauce pan add all other ingredients. Warm. Place split fish skin side down. Baste with sauce. Cover fish. When cooked ~3/4 through, carefully flip fish. Remove skin.
