Roasted Duck By Mark Stricker 2 Servings 1 whole duck, plucked 1 package Oriental charsu seasoning Rub Charsu mix into duck and in the cavity. Place duck in a bread pan brest side up and cover with foil. Bake at 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover duck and cook till brown and when the duck is pierced with a fork the juices should run clear. Don't over cook.
