Patches for Collectors

Patches for Collectors

In connection with the annual Orlando Ten Commandments Hike and the more than 150 permanent historical trails, patches have been designed which exemplify something connected with the community in which the trail is located.

These patches are intended for those who actually hike the trails, and uniform wear is strictly limited to such hikers. However, limited numbers may also be acquired by collectors, and make good examples to show your units so they can see the award they are working for.

The patches that are presently available are:

Orlando Ten Commandments Hike

.....A limited number of patches are left from the 1998 event. The patch is a 3"x3.5" rectangle showing the Orlando skyline, the Lake Eola Fountain, and the words "Fourth Annual Orlando Ten Commandments Hike - February 7, 1998".

There are also a few 3.5" round patches left from the 1999 Fifth Annual Orlando Ten Commandments Hike.

Historical Trails

.....Each patch is 3" square with 5 to 7 colors, a picture of something from the community, and the name of the trail and the county it is in. These patches are stocked as need dictates.

Here are the ones currently in stock:
