1997 August Trip
 | This was our campsite (one of two) for August 1997. |
| First time trying this shot...with no tripod. It's not TOO bad. |  |
 | This is us at night, with a really high fire to get 'nough light. Again without tripod (I got a new one for this year!) |
| This is probably the best shot of the year for me. |  |
 | We were camped at the portage between two lakes. It was a wonderful spot. |
| Well, ok...this is a pretty cool shot too. |  |
 | Have ANY idea how tough it is to get this close to a loon? My wife and I do. |
| Hehehe, my wife had a fascination with turtles up there. The year before it was chipmunks :) |  |
 | This shot looked much better larger, but there's not enough room here for that. |
