1998 August Trip

The ONLY thing worth showing from the first campsite. I love this moonshot. If you look close, you can see some stars above.
This was our second campsite. We were here for several days.
Camp number three was tremendous. There was area to wade out and cool off, or a nice 10 foot drop off a flat rock for diving right in!
One morning at the second campsite. For some reason, I woke up at 6:30 and decided to get up.
Sometimes it pays off to get up early. The morning sun reflecting on these loons was worth it!
Sunset at our second campsite.
This was the sunset on the next day. We left for the next camp after this.
This is only the third moose I've seen up here, and it was the first I've ever seen with my camera handy. And it was even willing to pose for us!
The third campsite was on the point. We had GREAT views on either side. This is one of several great pictures of the sun reflecting on the water.
This silly little duck and her four children came around at every meal to get their share. You could almost touch them, they came so close!
We had so many wonderful pictures of sunsets. It was tough narrowing the choices down. This was from the third campsite.
Last but not least...the best moonshot of the year. My wife got this one and the best picture of the moose. She took less then 1/4 the pictures I took and had the two best of the trip. Just one more reason why I love her!

Well, that's it! 1998 wasn't bad. My wife told me I was trying too hard to find the good pictures. I think she was right. Again, thank you. Please bookmark me and return soon with your friends.
