Originally set up to allow ex-rovers to keep in touch with the organisation, membership has now been opened to include ex-scouts, ex-leaders and layside who are over 26 years old.
They act as a service group and have taken over some of the role of the former District structure.
Current membership is around 20 people.
They meet on the 3rd Monday of each month at Glenfield Scout Camp at 7.30pm.
Uniformed members can be identified by their bright blue scarf.
