Well the news was leaking out so we decided to come out of the closet and confirm the rumor that B&B are expecting a healthy baby boy May 15 or so. ( B&B's BB?)
I've had to start to explain myself in loosing sight of my "petite sz 4" jeans and when I look at myself in the mirror I remind myself of someone's mother .... not someone's "chick". Ah ce La Vi!.

B&B's BB started tickling me Christmas night. It was the weirdest feeling... something like a giant GAS bubble that wandered from the right hip to left. WOOOHA ....
Now he lets me know he's in there every night when I roll over on my belly.... "HEY! HEY MOM! ... get off me. I'm getting squished! MOOMMMMMMMMM."
Brian says it's like a basketball taped to my belly..sticking way out there. When i walk fast, it jiggles like a really fat mans gut.
All these changes .....

Now about those pictures..... I'm just a little afraid that if i send you a photo or 2 (not that i have one just yet mind you) that they may end up on the Hawg home page.
It is a little humbling to loose sight of the waist line like this ... amazing also.

My mid section continues to spred. It is the strangest thing. Already I feel as big as an elephant.
Made a new smock type dress for venturing into town. Put it on last night so Brian could pin it up. I felt like Momma Cass. (Dream a little a Dream of me, da, dadada, dadada, da).
My mobility is changing also. Can't bend over to tie a shoe. Rolling over in bed is interesting also. Gotta s l o w. I feel baby shift when i land on the other side. Weird feeling that's for sure.
The list of possible names is growing: Duncan, Joseph, Matthew, Nicholas, Patrick, Kelly ( if he has red hair I really like kelly),Christopher.

Brian had the WHOLE DAY off yesterday and we gooffed around the house since it was rainig. One thing we did was decorate the baby's room. God, what a revelation. We now have Noah's Arch and animals "2 by 2" dancing around the walls with bears and alphabet lettered curtains hanging from the window.
It's hard to believe that in 8 weeks, we'll be parents with 2am feedings and worries about croup, cradle cap measles, mumps, chicken pox, etc, etc,etc.ad nosium. My belly is really protruding out there now. So much so that my over coat no longer goes over it all.
Our 3d birthing class last week was an eyeopener .... They sharred videos of 3 different birth experiences. Brian didn't say a word about it, being all non-challant as though it was no big deal until we were in the car driving home. Thats when he finally opended up and said, with out preface .... "WHAT I WANNA KNOW IS, HOW DOES THAT BIG HEAD GET THRU SUCH A LITTLE HOLE???" He obviously was not listening to the woman moaning and groaning ...

So yesterday i had my "every 2 week" dr appoint to check on little Elliott. Many changes had occured since the last appt .. Much swelling in hands & feet. ( I'm now down to tennis shoes or clogs..and the cloggs are tight) and can barely hold a glass of watter in 1 hand.
I dont even try to squeeze the tooth paste tube anymore .. I simply lay it on the counter and lean on it to dispense a squigglie of white stuff onto the bristles)

Saw Doc today. Things are a happenin. Doc says if i don't go into labor by Sunday 5/17 (in 1 week) he will induce me Monday 5/18. So that means no matter what , I have a maximum of 10 days to go. This news is very uplifting for me. Visited a girl friend today who delivered 1 week ago and held her Baby Michael. It was just precious. Soon, very soon
