Central Coast Firearms Education Foundation
CCFEF operates the shooting facilities located on the Central Coast of California on Highway 1 approximately 12 miles west of Highway 101 and four miles east of Morro Bay. The range facilities consist of a public shooting range for rifle, pistol, and trap shooting, and many competition ranges offering rifle and pistol silhouette matches, black power muzzleloader matches, and "Cowboy" Action matches, and sports.
Members of the Foundation are:
San Luis Smallbore Association, Inc.
The San Luis Smallbore Association conducts monthly smallbore
and high power rifle silhouette matches and monthly smallbore
and center-fire Hunter's Pistol silhouette matches.
Central Coast Silhouette Shooters
Conducts monthly pistol silhouette matches.
San Luis Obispo Sportsmen's Association,
including the Muzzleloaders!
The Sportsmen's Association provides public shooting facilities
for Rifle, Pistol and Trap, "Cowboy" Action shooting, Action Pistol
competitions, High-Power rifle matches, Black Powder Muzzleloading,
Junior Fishing events, Youth programs, Hunter Safety classes,
Concealed Weapon Permit training, and general training in all
aspects of the shooting sports!
