We shoot .22 caliber pistols from 25 to 100 yards, and big bore pistols from 50 m to 200 m at steel animal silhouette targets. Silhouette shooting is a long-time favorite among sportsmen in this country. A new shooter feels the instant gratification hearing the bullet hit the steel target and watching the "critter" hit the dust.

This is a family oriented sport where the emphasis is on having safe shooting fun. Each shooter competes against other shooters of the same skill level. All ages are welcome, juniors through seniors.

We hold practices and fun shoots most Saturday's from 8:00 am to noon and Thursdays noon to dusk. We conduct our formal matches on Saturday and Sunday on the weekend of the fourth Sunday of each month. Match hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m. with a pot luck bar-b-que following the shooting on Saturday night. We supply the heans, bread, and salad. You can shoot your cast bullet rifles and participate in various fun shoots. Call for accommodations and information.

If you are driving on highway 101, North or South, take Highway 1 exit (Morro Bay) go North approximately 7 3/4 miles, you will pass by the California Men’s Colony, then Cuesta College, after the last signal light continue untill you get to Galardi road and turn right, approximately 1.6 miles.

The members are so enthusiastic about their sport that if a new shooter expresses an interest, instruction and help is offered and proficiency comes quickly.

Annual individual membership fee is $25.00 and family membership is $30.00. Join the fun with the friendliest group of shooters on the Central Coast. Also take in some sights, beaches close by, Hearst Castle, wine tasting, two golf courses within three miles and many more activities throughout the year. So bring the family and come have some fun.
