ADULT AWARDS
Elgin Area Scouters attended an Awards Dinner/Dance on March 22, 2003.
Many service and special awards were presented. In addition, Elgin paid tribute to the late Edythe Bishop, who had been awarded the Silver Acorn. It will be presented posthumously at a ceremony in Toronto on April 12, 2003.
