Well what can I say, When Dave and his group arrived, I guess we knew we were in for a lot of fun as well as some serious hunting, this is bascially a pictoral story to thier trip here in New Brunswick and without a doubt I am sure they will be back in the very near future.
Now isn;t that a happy bunch at 0930 in the morning before being fed.
Well here we are again in 2004, the West Virginia crew of Sheets has arrived and Dave gets his second bear, his first coming in September of 2003.
Well Tommy aka Cornbread will be returning in September to go after his first moose, as he was drawn in the 100 non-res draw and successful to boot and will be able to combine a Black Bear hunt as well seeing he did not connect in the spring, good luck Cornbread.
I introduced them to the infamous float breakfast from the Jemseg area and also my own adaptation of the Shipwreck Casserole, although food was very seldom on this lots mind, they were each and everyone masters of the X-Box or was it a Play Station 2, anyways they had highland cattle for company during thier entire lodged stay which in itself was well worth the trip but not according to them.
Having pizza delivered at 0030 hours was an amazement to even me, Taz does have connections as we did live outside of Grecoville.
A beauty of bear, congrats amigo.
Here is Taz, Sheets guide, the man knows his bears.
Here is Cornbread, BT and Bubba during the float breakfast at Bubba's, a great time was had by all.
Here Cornbread gets to pour the last float of the morning prior to breakfast being cooked, bacon, eggs, pancakes man it was great.
