Toby aka: tobester, toblerone, tubby, tuby, butterball, meower, was born in a barn just outside of Toronto, Ontario. He lived there for 5 years and then got on a plane and headed for British Columbia where he has lived happily ever since. He is a very smart, friendly, mostly calm cat who loves to play. Toby has had alot of experiences throughout his long life. He has lived with a doberman, a large parrot, visited with many other dogs and cats of friends and relatives, and has gone on walks in many parks with his leash. Toby always seems to be in the room that all the people are in. Toby eats nothing but IAMS cat food (well actually, he eats almost anything but that's what we feed him!). His favorite treats are catnip treats, kitnips, potato chips and LOVES milk. Anytime the fridge is opened, he's there waiting to see if you're going to pull out the milk jug. If he sees the container, the meowing starts! We've bought him many toys but his all time never fails favorite is the $1.99 small mouse(fake of course) We had to stop getting him them because he kept tearing the skin and fur off leaving just a plastic carcass. We figure he ate the rest! Toby turned 15 years old in 2004 and is still in great health!
Keemo
is a BC cat and was born sometime in 1992.
We rescued him from an animal control shelter in Langley.
Keemo is a large cat. He has long legs and weighs a ton!
He also gets fed Iams but Keemo will eat ANYTHING!
He has eaten everything from chunks of onion, various other vegetables, fruit, toast, pasta, EVERYTHING!
Although he get's along with Toby, occasionally we hear some loud cat fight noises.
In the beginning Keemo was nervous when Mandy was around. After spending so much time together they have developed a mutual respect for one another. Keemo's favorite treat is catnip. Unlike Toby, Keemo really goes wild for it! He'll continue to rub his head in the spot on the floor you placed the catnip for hours!
