MY HOUSE - I've done many renovations and upgrades to keep our humble abode up to date and energy efficient.  It seems like renovations are a way of life lately.  There are always things to fix and/or modify.  Sometimes they can become overwhelming and stressful.  Do not get caught up in the individual projects.  It is important to create a plan and stick to it.  That way as each project is completed it becomes part of the overall design and you will see the plan flow from one room to the next, creating continuity.
