You let them up...just for a quick breath...


Then...PLOOP!...back under the water they go...


You let them up again, gasping for air...


Then...SPLASH!...back into the stream...


You allow yourself as many deep breaths as you want, while you submerse the cause of your stress repeatedly...over and over...
