A moderated message board, Philippine Philatelic Issues Discussion List, is provided and maintained at delphi.com, an on-line host of a number of discussion lists, message boards, and forums. The Forum uses frames.

RULES OF THE GAME:

1. Only messages that concern Stamp Collecting, in general, and Philippine Philately, in particular, SHALL be accepted in this Discussion List. Topics that are relevant are: 
   a) Scenarios in Philippine Stamp Collecting, as a hobby (to include philatelic events, club happenings, etc)
   b) Questions / Answers on Philippine stamp issues, features, vignettes and/or other details.
   c) Philippine Postal services and systems
   d) Stamp Collecting, in general
   
2. Authors of post/s MUST supply a valid e-mail address to ensure return mail as well as validation of one's existence. Replies to post/s relevant or in answer to an individual message must be cc: to that individual. Anonymous post/s SHALL be deleted from the list.
3. Messages must adhere to net-etiquette and e-mail guidelines. "Flaming" or "Spamming", therefore are not allowed.

Messages that does not conform to the above guidelines, the moderator shall have the option to DELETE the said post / message and blacklist the author from future posts.

All posts shall form part of this HomeStead, thus, the moderator can make typographical correction and edition; delete when necessary and / or include them in a weekly or monthly PPI Digest.

Each individual who posted for the particular week shall be sent a copy of the week's digest with the option of NOT receiving future issues granted immediately on the next weekly digest or as soon as the receipt of UNJOIN request, whichever is earlier.
