Born in Santa Cruz de Malabon (now Tanza), Cavite on April 04. Studied at a private school managed by Maestro Gabriel. Received hi B.A. degree from the Ateneo Municipal de Manila and his law degree (1893) from U.S.T. Worked for Cayetano Arellano's law office. Appointed to the Malolos Congress by Aguinaldo. Founded the Liceo de Manila. Author of a memoir of the Revolution. Wrote (1908) an encyclopedia that included the last days of the Spanish regime and the agricultural credit history of the Philippines. Died in Manila on July 08.
