What are Anime and Manga?

Anime is the general term used here for Japanes animated movies. Manga is basically the Japanese comics. If you go to your local video store, the word "Japanimation" might come to mind as the title they use above these Japanese works of art. "Japanimation" is a falsley used American biggot term. It's true name is Anime, pronounced Ah-ni-mé. The Americans just made "Japanimation" up because they weren't smart enough to realise it's true name.

Where did it come from?

Guess! If you guessed Japan, you're right and wrong. Anime actually originated from America. The Japanese came here to study animation during Walt Disney's rise to fame, with essentially the first moving cartoons on screen. The Japanese copied these features in the hope that they too could bring all these great cartoons to Japan. Don't beleive me? Ever wonder why most Anime characeters have such huge eyes? Take a look at past Disney productions. Anyone remember the original Mickey Mouse? Anyway, the point is, above is the archive I've put together so far.
