American-Austrian Society's English-Austrian Picnic
May 2004 at the home of Johannes Willenpart

The American-Austrian Society President Johannes Willenpart invited members to join him and his wife Andrea for an English-Austrian Picnic. In Cooperation with the Rolls-Royce Owners Club. There was live music. Austrian wine, soft drinks, and English and Austrian hors d'oeuvres were served. The Setting: On the banks of the Tred Avon River (near Easton, Maryland). Andrea and Johannes have just completed a three year renovation to Avondale, dating back to 1774. The Chesapeake Region Rolls Royce / Bentley Owners Association was on hand with Vintage Cars to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the historic meeting on May 4, 1904 of the Honorable Charles Stewart Rolls and Sir Frederick Henry Royce which led to the formation of Rolls-Royce Ltd.
