I am Eric Pettifor. Who are you? You can talk to me via email, and you can talk to one another via this message board. This was the Personality and Consciousness message board of Gigantopithecus before it was redesigned as Greater Anthropology, so you will notice a lot of postings related to psychology. However, postings related to any category are welcome.

If you wish to post a question to the board, that's great. If so, however, I'd ask that you look at questions others have posted and reply to one of those as well if you can. I don't have time (or expertise!) enough to be the full time answer man, so if you can help someone out, that would be wonderful.

If you are using the internet to explore issues challenging you personally right now you are certainly welcome to post queries about that, but I hope it goes without saying that some benevolent skepticism can go a long way when assessing free advice from absolute strangers! To cover my own behind I must say that I take no responsibility whatsoever for what others may post here, though I will keep an eye on the board and cull the most onerous. I can also point you in the direction of some internet resources better suited for self help.
