When discussing Cosplay in general, I too take the liberal definition to include Cosplay, Sci-Fi, Comics, Television, Movies, Video Games, etc. Cosplay traditionally refers to costuming with an Anime (Japanese Animation) theme. The "Masquerade" as I will call an event is generally the centerpiece of any convention, and my fellow AGSMA members and I usually reserve our best stuff for these events. Of course, once we've been on-stage, we continue to reuse the costumes, so nothing is absolute. ANYWAYS, this is my little page dedicated to my own costumes. Remember that you must choose wisely. Don't say I didn't warn you... My new flagship costume deserves the top spot on this list. A little proud and narcissistic, yes, but it is after all "Too Sexy Tidus"! The time and money spent on this costume really shows, and I am most proud of it. Happatai It's so easy...Happy go lucky...We do cosupure-!...You! You! You! You! Click! Click! Click! Click! These are the Young Benma Chronicles, from when I was cosplaying as a wee lad, even if it was just for Halloween and I had no idea what "Cosplay" meant. The archvillian of the Batman Beyond series, Derek Powers' alterego glows with radiation...and a black light or two. Sugar...spice...and everything nice...These were the ingredients chosen to create the perfect crossdresser...in the form of the Powerpuff Girl leader! Intergalactic lover extraordinaire, Chef Solo may just sweep you off your feet. I've got a bad feeling about this... Darth Maul At last we will reveal our costume to the public... Dibararochi When the great Shishigami of the forest transforms, Princess Mononoke and Ashitaka see Dibararochi, the background star of AGSMA's Anime Expo 2000 skit. Optimus Prime Transform and roll out!! Ranma-Chan You certainly can't pass up the entire premise behind the site, can you? Rowdyruff Boys Sugar, spice, everything nice??? That's too girly, according to Mojo Jojo. So I tried snips and snails and puppy dog tails and Chemical X! SPAM! Well, it's more of a box than a costume, but I _did_ wear it onstage and received chanting because of it... Super Saiyan Goku *FRIEZA VOICE* So...the great Super Saiyan finally appears. It's a little different from the original idea, but that's for the better! Magic Eight Ball What will the future hold? Only time will tell. But I have some ideas...
