B.S.A History
One day in 1909 a unknown European Boy Scout helped an America Buisnessman (William D. Boyce) find his destination. Refusing a tip, the boy impressed the buisnessman and encouraged him to bring Boy Scouts back to the United States.
After this important event for the start of Boy Scout troops in America, Boy Scouts was a hudge hit. The first start of Boy Scouts was a man named Robert Baden Pal. On day, he camped with a group of boys and later wrote the book Scouting for Boys. Many bought the book and decided to become scouts.Robert Baden Pal also served in the British Calvary. The first BSA handbook every published was called BSA's Handbook for Boys was made in 1911. It talked about things such as camping and the idea of forming patrols. Since then, many handbooks have been made and 33 million have been sold. In 1920, the first world camporee was held in London.

1. Trustworthy- People can trust him with anything they want him to do.
2. Loyal- A Scout is true to his friends, family, and anybody he knows.
3. Helpful- A Scout does what he thinks is right.
4. Friendly- A scout is kind to all who know him.
5. Courteous- A Scout is respectful and nice to everyone.
6. Kind- A Scout is kind to everyone.
7. Obedient- A Scout dose what he is told to do.
8. Cheerful- A Scout always has a good attitude.
9. Thrifty- A Scout dose what he should do to help others.
10. Brave- A Scout can get by any obstical.
11. Clean- A scout always has a clean heart, a clean mind, and a clean apperance.
12. Reverent- A Scout is always respectful.
