2-3 lbs chicken wings
salt, pepper & seasoned salt to taste
Sauce:
1/2 C honey
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C catsup
4 Tbsp brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
Wash & dry wings. Season with seasonings & bake @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain. Mix sauce ingredients & pour over wings. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour more, basting every 15 minutes.
*You can turn the oven up to 400 degrees the last 15 minutes to crisp if desired.
Honey Soy Chicken Wings
1-3 lbs chicken wings
1/2 C honey
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/3 C soy sauce
juice of 2 lemons
1 garlic clove, minced
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove wing tips & cut in half. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over wings. Bake 1 hour.
Marty's Buffalo Wings
oil for frying
2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed & cut in half
Medium Sauce:
1 stick butter
1 C hot pepper sauce (Frank's Hot Sauce)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Fry wings in oil 20-25 minutes. Melt the butter in a pot, then stir in hot sauce & garlic powder. Place wings in sauce, cover & shake to coat.
*For suicide wings-combine 1 C pepper sauce, 1 C sliced jalapenos & 1 tsp cayenne & process until smooth.
Chinese Chicken Wings
1/2 C soy sauce
1 C pineapple juice
1/3 C brown sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp ground ginger
2-3 lbs chicken wings
Combine ingredients (except wings) to make marinade. Place chicken in a single layer in a large baking pan & pour marinade over the top. Cover & refrigerate up to 24 hours. Bake @ 350 degrees 45 minutes or golden.
Rose's Chicken
1 bottle Thousand Island or Russian dressing
1 jar pineapple or apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (optional)
2-3 lbs chicken wings
Mix dressing, preserves & soup mix together & pour over chicken in a foil lined baking pan. Marinate several hours or overnight. Bake 30 minutes @ 325 degrees. Add pineapple chunks if desired, raise heat to 450 & bake 10 minutes more.
