In 1984 caused violent dead of my mother in governmental hospital. The Israeli administration subotage and prevented my right on inquest; -I can not agree with this wrong position of Israeli authority and their exertion to cover the murder caused in governmental hospital "Rambam" and the exertion to secure for the killers of my mother. -I sure that the case of murder have an deep relations in general socially violation in Israel. -In our country there is felony that receive gross profit -thanks of existing the ethnic intolerance . These exertion to cover the facts of crime acts would cause in the future an partibility to grow the hostility between brothers and to grow an disturbance of Israeli community and its demoralization.

Subject: -Complaint for the delay of two months of not taking care of my complaint about causing the death of my mother, mrs. Dobrovensky Anna, O.Bm. By the doctors Shifrin and Carcaby of the Rambam hospital, on the 18 th of Dec.1984.D.S. 1. On the 25.12.84 I informed to the investigation dep. about the causing of my mother's death intentionally by the doctors of the orthopaedic dpt."b" of the Rambam hospital. 2. On the 30.12.84. My complaint was received, wherein I informed the police of the consequences which encouraged the above mentioned doctors to cause my mother's death. A) Two people: Shifrin and Carcaby are guilty and responsible for bringing my mother to a terrible state (situation) which caused the amputation of her left leg, which was the result of my mother's release from the hospital, while the development of an infection process that started when she was hospitalized. Being alive she could testify against them etc. B) Ambitious of the two doctors can explain arguments, wills to a superior position at the ward, interfering in another doctor's way to impede his success. C) I approached the management suggesting to® release of the two doctors from the expected treatment and operation, non-confidence because the specified reasons (on & 2 a,b), because of all this the criminal traitors came to the conclusion that the old lady's execution will release them from all responsibility and their situation will forget. 3. The A.M. Doctors performed the planned deviation by medical means, expecting it will never be discovered; for the simple reason that an person -uneducated by special medically speaking -is not able to understand and discover any relation between the causes of the death (and it concerned and old lady, after a long illness). A. One of the facts which caused my mother's death was the interruption of the GARAMICYN antibiotic, which took care of the "Proteus" germ which was discovered by a laboratorial test. He orders instead of the A.M. Medicine prescription which had a good reaction on my mother's treatment. -They started to give another antibiotic that after a same test resulted to be of no influence on the germ (Proteus) and did not enable to stop the infection. B. Shifrin defied his colleague's warning, -against all the facts the maniac did not change his fatal instructions; -the stops of the antibiotic caused the bacterial's expansion and infectious intoxication. That caused the lady's high fever, state of unconsciousness etc. (It caused the Diabetic Coma and my mother's died(B D.)

4. After I was aware of the facts that my Complaint was not delivered to be treated by the investigator I sent a registered letter to the head of inv. Dpt. Superintendent I. Kraus ,in which I asked to accelerate the inquire, because its special and unic consequences and also to impede a twist of corrupted causes of death by doctors. There is a need of checking a number of factors that are more difficult to check -as well as some witnesses - as time goes by. I am sure that mr. 5. On this letter from the 28.1.85 , mr. Kraus informed me that the subject of my request will be transformed to the Haifa area solicitorship's decision. But later, when I approached the solicitorship, I found out that my request has not been transferred to any place, but it was kept at the superintendent office, laying in his case-stand. 6. On the 14.02.85 I delivered another letter to mr. I. Kraus, asking to accelerate the process required to deliver the case to} the judge of investigation of death cases by law order. I did not receive any answer to my letter, but after a number of tries, when I came to his office, on the 3rd of march, his secretary told me that on the 27.02.85 my complaint was transferred to the area's solicitorship in order to enable the police to take care of the case. 7. I studied and revised the crime sentence paragraph 19 explains that a request to investigate death cases is to be delivered to the magistrate (j.P.) in who's area the death took place or the body (corps) was found -by a) legal counsel, b) police officer, c) a doctor, d) a family member of the deceased. (the judge's area means the area of the hospital). -Mr. Kraus did not have a reason for holding an urgent case in a passive situation, to lie to a citizen who approaches him, trusting the government and only after two months of complications it is possible to have facts and proof to transfer the case to the solicitorship. If the superintendent acted innocently indeed, why did not he deliver the issue directly to the solicitorship? -Undoubtedly there is a law authorizing the police to investigate the case of death, if a member of the family asks for and to deliver the material to the judge who is authorized to decide also about the authority of the police and the investigation material and adjust an expert. Indeed the police commits transgress toward a citizen, needing its help and in fact helped the criminal murders to hide the evidence of their crime. 8. All the above mentioned discover a non appropriate treatment towards a citizen, avoiding to take care of a complaint about the causing of death of an innocent and unprotected citizen -avoiding the authority, given by the state. I hereby require to appoint a committee to check and revise the functioning of the superintendent of the Haifa area mr. Kraus. P.S.: -above I got the translation of real document: -here wrote my official complaint to Minister of the Police Department the obstruction to my appeal on sabotage investigation the cause of my mother's death. Doctor Carcaby explained me after -that he acts according to Shifrin's ordering, -not myself. You can see that for the dirt function to hurt out the old lady from hospital dr Shifrin selected not jewish group.. (Later, when the police together with the judge provoked me a crime trial without any reason ( this case will be explain), -they acts in this self way, they itself select me a minorities judge). -Later on I will tell the circumstances of leg amputation in the "Carmel" hospital and on murder in "Rambam" hospital.

It is very strange seen, as in all cases of complain of worst service of the officials, the Police Minister and all other political functionaries always answered me, as if the police were executed according to the Law and there are not found any pervert in the police functionality. -Now I can by Internet to show the evidence and to prove before public that all there official functionaries had gave fabricate answers. Normally: -if from a moment reception complain of violate dead the police indebted quickly does their inquiry and without pause to hand over the evidence for judge's inquest.
