I am a victim of the social violence that has growing
in our country on the ground of the society intolerance.
I has injured physical and mental to invalidity 100%.

defender", -Anatoly Scharansky; -they all were been
indifference for my destiny and to Human Rights and abuse.

The basic problem of virtual publication about facts of
the court and about administration violation acts is
problematic because a good peoples are not wish be busy
with Human Rights problems.

The Human Right organizations are fighting for free
speech(!), but not interesting to cope oneself with
real abuse facts caused against a jew in his friendly

You ask what did I know about the famous fighter for
the human rights, -I have not much to tell on this
person in this theme. Before my repatriation 1972 I do
not hear nothing about him..

-As famous was the aeroplane story with A. Kuznetsov's
group, the protest strike in USSR parliament the
Moscow zionist group, the hanger strike of Gruzian
jews in Moscow Central Telegraph, there are protest
acts others zionist groups of the USSR.

-We wrote protests against Raiza Palatnik arrest in
Odessa and had hanger strikes for emigration rights;
-I met Vladimir Slepak. At first about A. Scharansky 
I heard in Israel. -He taught Hebrew, true.
-May be true he visited in apartments of famous
researcher and right's defender academic Sakharov..

Scharansky wrote in his book: -He called to KGB

antagonism. Here has been provoked crime process of
court booty and other abuse. So caused I was alone
before the police's provocation and wrong court;®

-I explained before that I have not no one of family.
-It was situation of helpless. -Here I needed any help
from anybody and appealed to defender Scharansky for
his symbol intervention, us send a short letter with
any quest to administration about the reason of abuse
violation act against "Russian" jew.

-Mister A. Scharansky answered that he is not willing
to intervene for me: -I must act for myself.
-After all I have been acquitted, but passed two
terrible years of provoked process. Abuse caused
against helpless -No were any reason for incrimination.

This "crime process" was stopped after my appeal to the
High court; -my assertion, and evidence were confirmed
by the procurators; This crime process was cancelled by
High Court chief Meir Shamgar, -his decree say:

The code of fabricated provocative crime trial was:

This abuse of incrimination was continued for two bad
terrible years long.

rights!!? -Whom did he defend in all his life??!

-Scharansky was elected to Israeli parliament not
because his leadership, or because popularity, but
because hardship of many repatriants.

He took the warm place in "Forum" before the election.
In the elections 1992 was selfsame hardship for new
immigrants but then Scharansky impede of these
elections organization. Does You know haw mach
accidence with human abuse he silent?!

-I wish remind here, that at time of election 1992
A. Scharansky not was against be organization "DA",
and he not always talk opposite to proposal be an
leader of this ethnic party, but he began to white
conclusion what better for him personal.

-Then A. Scharansky has play on the grade between
options till to the moment when prime minister
Izchak Shamir say that he clear about meaning
scharansky be ambassador in the USSR;

From these moment scharansky quickly did the right
orientation decide and declare an patriotic note
that he will not take part in election for
leadership of the "Russian" party "DA" ("yes") as
though because the ethnic basis my be not good for
consolidation of all jewish ethnic groups.

- Now you sea that in election 1996, when it was
clear for each one that exist an realty occasion be
elected in our parliament, then mister scharanky
forget his yesterdays tenets notes. -Then he goes
be head of ethnic russian party. -You mind that
here do was the behavior the man of principle?

-I not believe in people with these behavior..

-I wish tell more: -this man take an good salary
-with a good post without any responsibility.
-In "Forum" worked the officials of Jewish Agency,
that caused abuse or was indifference to repatriants
troubles, -they do not was volunteers.

goes with wish of officials. -The result election of

acceptance of my mother to "Rambam" hospital, I tried
to ask the reporters in order to raise the problem
has a public affair. -But during all the period of

newspaper "Hadashot"(news) detected an interest for us:
-on the agreed day she arrived to Haifa (this was after
ablation of my mother's leg, when my mother
hospitalized in the hospital " Carmel "). She visit
my home and photographed my mother in the hospital.

from her the negative of one photography of my mother
