One day before it caused, in the ward where was my mother came an young doctor from minorities, he ask me help him take blood for laboratory examination. -So after he toke the blood from the vein he ask me held the tampon on the vein. On the next day do not was any sign of them.
Two days after, when I was near my mother, came in an group for take blood to. -I stood near in my white smock and sow all the procedure of the blood taking.
-When the instructor take aut the needle, the blood blows with stream out. Then I asked to close the vein. As the instructor looked any moment in my site with an surprised eyes and then she said me go out from the room.
-On the next day my mothers hand visible so as you see on the photo that I did. This hand explains everything about our medicine.

Mommy was hospitalized in the hospital "Carmel" .2.10.84 amputated her leg in "Carmel". in 6.10.84; she was passed to the hospital " Flyman " in 24.10.84; she was transferred to the hospital "RAMBAM" in 9.12.84; (nine days afterwards CAUSED THE MURDER in 18.12.84.

Dear Expert, on this image You see the legs in condition as was before the left leg amputation.Before causing these condition, and before the left leg amputation the chief doctor ordered during two days to stop the antibiotics treatment. - He explained me that the pause in antibiotics needs for obtaining the right blood examination.

My question to expert:
- -If the blood pollution on basis of "Proteus" is so danger in situation of stationary hospitalization?
- -if it is possible to neutral the microbe "Proteus"?! and if with medicine possible stop this infection.
- -The doctor know, that the leg condition goes bad because stopping the medicine by itself prescription before laboratory examination.??
- -If on condition You see from the photo with blood pollution by microbe "Proteus" it possible expect an improve the patient condition and so prevent the leg amputation until the knee??
- -If these pollution because the "Proteus" request the immediately amputation?!
- -If in the condition that you see on the image the surgery must amputate the leg before knee.

I may to deliver: -till now I kept my several "secrets" about the inquest of the death's reasons:-The nursing guard of orthopaedics "B" (the nurses Anya end Efraim) with in service Dr Keren as a special case they call me, to come see my mother after she dead, say pardon.
They called near 12 at night to inform me on my mother's death at 11 at night, they said me as after at 22 saw her living in a good condition while she asked for a meal.
When I arrived at the hospital it was 1 at night The body of my mother still was hot and it seemed that she yet lived, and the death was decided mistakenly.
Astounded me a strange odour, akin to the smell of kerosene, petroleum and I questioned thereon. The attendants did not expound it to me. Then I thought that maybe it was aroma of the bed's instrument.
At morning when I came in the morgue identity the body, after opened the cabin with a body there was the odour acute and strong alike to the petroleum and acetone.
After I studied the medical topic of diabetes, as I learned that this odour is specific, was created in the human body in case of dies because a DIABETIC Coma or Glucomie Coma.
The topic of the specific odour I kept as a "secret" in order to use it at the time of inquest the death reasons. -to ask a question for catch the deceptive on an lie.
-Then, the knowledge of the facts and the medical aspect of it could be convinced of my ability to explain the murdering of my mother, in spite of all disruption that anywhere would cause to the inquest.

The petitioner: -Boris Dobrovensky;
versus The responder: -Haifa's judge Shilony (the coroner B.D.)

On the basic of this Petition given before this court on the day 18.6.86, by the petitioner present, this Court ordered to give the decree nisi, directed for the responder and ordered him to appear before this Court to give an explanation:-Why did the coroner would not inquest the query of a reason for stopping of the medicine supply for the deceased(including the stopping of the antibiotics) before her death and if did there is the causal relationship between the medicine cutting with the death.
The responder(the judge - B.D) will give his answer to this court and to the suitors within 45 days from the day of invention of this writing. Gave to day, 18.6.86.
