Heartland Select Committee Application

What is it?
The purpose of this committee is to help Heartland Themed Webmasters place their Home pages in the right categories, so they can be found more easily by the public and us.

How does it work?
The Heartland themed webmasters will fill out the form found on the Heartland Select Page and then the committee will review that page and place them in the proper category.

Please check to see if the page is listed already! That will save us all time!

You will be given 5 days in which to complete your reviews
(unless there is some reason why you can't, in which case you need to let us know) or you will be replaced.

The webmaster will be notified of the placement with a Welcome letter from your team leader.

SO this means you all will just forward the application with your comments back to your Team Leader, Kryss.

Heartland Select is not like an award you would "win", rather it is a general listing of Heartland themed homepages in a search like form. Any Heartland themed page can be in Heartland Select as long as they don't contain any violations.

They must have content. With at the least 5 pages, & not just links.

What are the advantages of this categorizing pages?
First of all, it will help the webmaster be placed in the right area and category. Also it will help with the circulation of that home page, as we do list them on the Heartland Select Category Page, which the public can use to search for certain categories interesting them.
