Music runs strong in my blood.
Mom: Piano teacher, choir director
Dad: Tenor
Joanna: Piano, soprano
Ben: Violin, guitar, self-appointed music critic
Myself: Guitar, tenor
In our home, we have classical, baroque, gospel,
soft rock, chinese pop, acid jazz, r&b, rap, dance,
techno and ambient music coming
out of the speakers at all times. You can not escape
the music when you enter our house.
I picked up the guitar when my uncle and my mom gave me their
old guitars. My mom gave me her classical guitar from a
Japanese company called Kasuga. The model number is G-S5. Do
you know anything about this company? If you do, I'd like to know
because I've never heard of it. My Uncle Aaron gave me his Yamaha folk
guitar. Personally I prefer the Kasuga because the soothing sounds of
nylon are unmatched by anything steel can produce.
If you want to see my brothers extensive collection of
exotic CDs, drop by the

Delerium
This hot techno group from Vancouver is starting
to hit the mainstream. They have found that delicate balance of
modern electronica sounds with the elegant human voice. Guest voices
they have incorporated into their new age ambience includes Sarah McLachlan.
Their best tracks are Incantation, Flatlands, Resurrection,
Twilight, Silence and Firefly

Moby
An American who had to go to Britain to be fully appreciated. Moby started
as a DJ in the UK before he began creating some of the best techno and
ambient tunes out there. Moby's essays show insights into the problems
of major Christian establishments and he plugs his belief in animal rights.
His most popular album, Everything is Wrong, features my favorite song,
First Cool Hive.
